Road Safety

Road Safety is about being safe on the roads. It is important because you could crash, get injured, and might die. To be safe on the road it is important wear seatbelts. Seat belts keep people safe because they stop you from crash into the window. They do this by holding you to the seat. You crash into the window when the brakes are hit. You can die if you don’t wear a seat belt. Seat belts save lives! It is important to follow the speed limit. It is important because if you go higher than the speed limit you could crash. In New Zealand it is very important to follow the speed limit. In school roads, it is 40 because there are little kids running across the road. In normal road it is 60kmp/h, in cities it is 50. On motor ways it is 100kmp/h. In New Zealand it is important to cross the road safely. It is important because a car could crash into you. You should look both sides before you cross the road. You should hold an adults hand when you cross. This Explination writing was about following the speed limit, wearing seatbelts and crossing the road safely.
